Return policy

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your order tracking number by email to request a refund.

Because Beworths Mushroom Coffee is a consumable product, you do not need to ship anything back to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your order — no questions asked, no proof of consumption required, no need to mail the bag back.

To start a refund, contact us at support@beworths.com with your order number and the email used to place the order. We will process your refund within 1–2 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item when you contact us at support@beworths.com.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

The 45-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order of each Beworths product purchased directly from beworths.com.

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Orders placed more than 45 days before the refund request
  • Bulk or wholesale orders (separate terms apply — please contact us)
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
  • Gift cards

Subscription refund terms

Your first subscription order is fully covered under the 45-day money-back guarantee.

For subsequent refills, you may cancel, pause, or skip any future shipment at any time directly from your account in one click. We do not refund refills that have already shipped, but we will not bill you for any future shipment once you cancel.

If a refill shipped recently and you forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge at support@beworths.com and we'll work with you case-by-case.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or roast is to request a refund on the item you have and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, no return shipment is required — contact us at support@beworths.com and we will process your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1–2 business days. Please remember it can take some time (typically 3–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
